They are also the same tools I have used to progress from being a patient hospitalized with a severe depressive episode to being a licensed healthcare professional.

  3. ​Develop a plan to implement those values into a lifestyle

With a customized plan you will be able to find fulfillment, even during times of adversity.  It provides a series of 5-10 minute video lessons on skills like gratitude and acceptance, identifying life roles, and developing a financial framework. You can then customize them to your specific situation.

This is definitely helpful information for people struggling with a numerous number of issues. Anything from psychiatric issues, trauma, or drug use as well.
